🔵 Before You Start
- Your iPhone must support eSIM(iPhone XS or later, non-mainland China models)
- Keep your device connected to the internet(Wi-Fi recommended)
Please prepare:
- Your eSIM QR codeor
- or SM-DP+ Address + Activation Code
⚠️ Each eSIM can only be activated on one device and cannot be transferred. Please do not scan the QR code multiple times.
🍎 iPhone Installation Guide
Supported Models: iPhone XR / XS / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 and later
📌 Method 1: Install via QR Code (Recommended)
- Open Settings
- Go to Cellular
- Tap Add eSIM
- Select Use QR Code
- Scan the QR code and complete the installation
📌 Method 2: Manual Installation
- Go to Add eSIM
- Select Enter Details Manually
- Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code
- Complete the installation
📶 Activate Your eSIM
- Go to Settings → Cellular
- Select the installed eSIM
- Turn on Cellular Data
- Turn on Data Roaming
⚠️ Important Notes
- eSIM cannot be transferred after installation
- System updates or device restoration may cause the eSIM to be lost
- When using an overseas eSIM, it is recommended to disable local SIM mobile data
- Installing the eSIM 1–2 hours before departure is recommended
- If the QR code fails to scan, please contact customer support
