🔵 Before You Start

  • Your Android phone must support eSIM(Android devices purchased outside mainland China)
  • Keep your device connected to the internet(Wi-Fi recommended)

Please prepare:

  • The eSIM QR code and activation code we sent youor
  • The SM-DP+ Address (required for some devices)

⚠️ Please do not scan and install the same eSIM on multiple devices. Once activated, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.

Supported Devices:

Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Honor, Huawei (selected models), OPPO, VIVO, and other eSIM-compatible Android devices.

📌 Method 1: Install via QR Code

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Network & Internet / Mobile Network
  3. Select Add eSIM / SIM Manager
  4. Tap Add Using QR Code
  5. Scan the eSIM QR code we provided
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation

📌 Method 2: Manual Installation

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Network & Internet / Mobile Network
  3. Select Add eSIM / SIM Manager
  4. Choose Enter Details Manually
  5. Enter:SM-DP+ AddressActivation Code

📶 Activate Your eSIM

Ready to Use Upon Arrival

  1. Turn on Mobile Data
  2. In Preferred SIM / SIM Management, select the newly installed eSIM
  3. Enable Data Roaming

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Once installed, the eSIM cannot be transferred to another device
  • System reset or device restoration may cause the eSIM to be lost
  • If using an overseas IP eSIM in China, please disable mobile data on your local SIM
  • Installing the eSIM 1–2 days before departure is recommended for automatic activation upon arrival
  • If the QR code fails to scan, please avoid repeated attempts and contact customer support
